    Digital Production Designer with Email Expertise


    Are you a creative perfectionist? Do you have experience producting final files from concept designs for digital production, executing client changes through rounds, mock-ups for client presentations and releases final digital files to vendors.  If you are those things and are a whiz at InDesign, Photoshop, photo retouching, image editing, and color management then we want to connect with you!

    What you'll do:

    What you’ll do:

    • Work in full partnership with the creative department to maintain integrity of design and ensure adherence to both brand and delivery specifications
    • Create and Manage Production Email Templates for the agency 
    • Revise creative files during round reviews based on client and internal edits, accurately and efficiently 
    • Ensure final files are accurate and error-free, including file construction, organization and prepping of files for digital output
    • Accurately release final digital files to agency vendor(s)
    • Adheres to ever-changing deadlines while consistently delivering accurate rounds and final files for release
    • Remain up-to-date on the latest developments in software applications and digital technologies
    • Maintain archives of final files 
    • U design principles, to develop and deliver resizes for digital media, and also be comfortable applying systemic design principles to templates based on provided copy and assets.

    • General understanding of integrated direct marketing principles
    • Highly skilled and efficient in the use of Adobe CS Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and Sketch
    • Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, and their impacts on design and functionality
    • Unwavering attention to detail and quality focused 
    • High-level understanding of graphic design, including page layout and typography - equal parts technical skill and design sensibility
    • Ability to assess latest developments in software applications
    • Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
    • Works well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills
