    Our office in Seattle is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director of Analytics to join our team and help manage a top client.  

    What you'll do:

    • The Senior Manager, Data Strategy is responsible for developing strategic data-driven marketing plans and measuring their performance. The role will scope and fulfill data-driven approaches through partnership with our Client Services team and coordination with our Campaign Execution team to deliver them. He/she works across the Data Strategy & Analytics team to implement data, digital, and cross-channel marketing initiatives, with particular emphasis on measurable strategies to drive insightful program performance measurement. A successful candidate will be comfortable with numbers and has ample experience analyzing and mining historical data. He or she should not only comprehend multiple types of information, but also be able to glean trends and behaviors that will help define the targeting and conversion of campaigns. Ideal candidates are skilled in working across differing data and marketing analytics platforms and can collaborate with, and communicate information to, clients and third parties.

    Who you are:

    • Develop and deliver data-driven, digital and cross-channel marketing strategies for assigned clients through collaboration with key internal stakeholders
    • Support the Director, Data Strategy in development of strategic programs designed to maximize ROI from customer acquisition through retention based on segmentation, targeting and in-depth customer profiling and analysis (life cycle/ lifetime)
    • Define and execute digital measurement strategies for clients, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
    • Identify research and analytics initiatives to support strategy development
    • Deliver business cases for new marketing programs
    • Develop and manage strategic marketing and analytic roadmaps for clients
    • Conduct detailed analyses of Clients’ current analytic tools, strategies and reporting processes
    • Identify the correct campaign KPI to track and report while monitoring the ROI for digital campaigns
    • Understand and analyze various click-stream and conversion funnel data, drawing conclusions that help increase the performance of the digital marketing campaign tactics.
    • Design and execute business requirements
    • Bring an awareness of best practices for user data and analytics tools and processes to your team and your clients
    • Contribute to the continued expansion of Rauxa’s strategic data and digital applications and offering
      • Strong understanding and experience with application of data and digital marketing principles;
      • Hands-on strategy development and execution experience with combinations of CRM, website, Social Media, and other related channels;
      • Ability to assess and analyze client creative objectives to produce and recommend appropriate solutions;
      • Ability to synthesize information from various sources and extract key messages;
      • Strong skills and demonstrated experience in applying analytics and research to craft digital and cross-channel marketing strategies;
      • Experience with data mining, quantitative analytics and experience in interpreting and presenting derived insights;
      • Experience with digital marketing technology and e-commerce, including web analytics, email marketing, search marketing, social media;
      • Proficiency with digital measurement tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Webtrends, Radian6 and Visible Technologies;
      • Working knowledge of digital technology development, particularly in relation to website, content management, and mobile applications;
      • Highly creative with first-rate conceptual, visual and writing skills;
      • Superior oral communication and presentation skills;
      • Must be able to collaboratively solve problems and deal with conflict;
      • Strong communication skills including ability to present insights and recommendations;
      • Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity;
      • Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment;
      • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
    • BA/BS Marketing or Communications degree, Masters degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of combined digital and cross-channel marketing experience in management consulting or agency environment
    • Marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
