    Rauxa is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fabulous growing team!  We are looking for someone who will assist us with a variety of activities related to the talent acquisition process at Rauxa. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Rauxa Recruiting Team, internal interview stakeholders, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    What you'll do:

    • Handle communication with candidates and the internal interview committees regarding scheduling interviews
    • Manage calendar invites and confirmations
    • Schedule rooms and video meetings
    • Book candidates with building security
    • Greet candidates upon arrival and work with the team to ensure that the candidate experience is fantastic
    • Manage the overall process to ensure that meetings go smoothly and technology works
    • Manage follow up communications among candidates and interview teams, including but not limited to gathering and organizing interview feedback from the internal teams
    • Assist the recruiting team with sourcing
    • Support the team with in the creation of job descriptions and postings 
    • Work with the recruiting team to manage the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
    • Ad-Hoc projects as needed

    Who you are:

    • You will have 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
    • You will have a passion for the candidate experience and an understanding that it is critical from application to start date
    • You will have excitement about working with our amazing recruitment team, with the ability to work with multiple recruiters across different job types
    • You will have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
    • You will have excellent communication skills and a knack for solving challenges on the fly
    • You have a four year college degree
