    Rauxa is looking for an Associate Account Director with a head and heart for all things digital and data-driven marketing and who is hustle all the time when it comes to solving client problems. This is a temp to hire position in our NY office that requires an agency background and proven experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of digital-driven programs, campaigns and solutions for clients.  Social media experience is also desired.  The right candidate is a dynamic leader with prior supervisory experience and stellar communication, presentation, attention to detail and client management skills.  

    What you'll do:

    • Manage a team responsible for the delivery of a variety of projects (e.g., online banners and landing pages, social media, online content strategy, data analysis, microsites, etc.)
    • Maintains direct, day-to-day, client contact, working in a proactive manner to manage client expectations and solve problems
    • Effectively presents, sells, and defends all agency work/proposals to clients
    • Supervises Account Service team members, providing ongoing direction to ensure that all jobs are managed effectively and efficiently
    • Ensures that projects are delivered to clients on time and on budget and of a high standard of excellence
    • Provide the client with thought leadership and strategic guidance, determining the best solutions to fulfill the needs
    • Grows current client accounts by developing strategic recommendations that meet the client’s business objectives and long-term goals
    • Have a strong attention to detail and demonstrate project management best-practices
    • Build lasting client and agency relationships

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
    • At least six (6) total years of marketing or digital agency experience in an Account Management function, with at least 2 years of recent experience in a supervisory role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated digital marketing experience which includes campaign planning, creative development, testing, execution and analysis; social media experience is also desired.
