  • Overview

    Rauxa is seeking Senior Campaign Ops Specialist who speaks all things data and print files for digital printing. This includes ownership of the following areas with respect to direct marketing: campaign management, vendor coordination, quality assurance, reporting and analysis.

    What you'll do:

    The below outlines, but is not limited to, the core duties of the role:

    • Assist in the creation, production, and management of email and/or direct mail campaigns, and other projects as needed.
    • Produce internal documentation, communicate efforts to other departments, manage vendors, maintain consistent hard and soft files, track progress and performance of marketing initiatives, and general support of marketing management.
    • Proof marketing collateral for copy accuracy and proper functioning of emails and landing pages.
    • A/B test and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
    • Write simple programming code in Visual Basic or similar language.
    • Ensure cross-browser and ESP compatibility and accuracy.
    • Maintain constant communication between departments to coordinate direct marketing efforts.
    • Basic understanding of CRM from a systems perspective in order to appropriately inform the creative development process and ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Be responsible for all tasks related to production of data and print files for digital printing, including manipulating mailing list data, presorting lists, preflight of art files to make sure they are print ready, and manipulating art files to integrate with the data fields.
    • Manage, lead or mentor other Campaign Analysts as necessary

    Who you are:

    • You are a self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • You have four years of college education (mathematics or computer science focus preferred).
    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
    • At least 5 years of experience in email and direct mail marketing.
    • High level of critical-thinking skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
    • You are able to manipulate data using data tools such as MS SQL or MS ACCESS.
    • You have hands-on experience with automated email platforms such as Klayvio, Marketo, Hubspot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
    • You have 5+ years of experience in email marketing, high volume and large database.
