    We’re searching for a Producer, with proven digital and traditional project management experience. Someone with a passion for the creative process and emerging technologies who can lead the production of integrated client marketing campaigns. Equally at home building program plans for complex multi-channel programs and working directly with creative teams to produce marketing communications and programs.


    You’ll manage integrated programs for our clients. Our project work includes site design and development, digital and social media campaigns, CRM programs and branded entertainment and content. As a Producer, you will help architect the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work; surmount obstacles by presenting solutions; and always endeavor to make the work better. To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

    What you'll do:

    • Produce dynamic digital or multimedia experiences and engagements
    • Develop and implement executional strategies for client projects
    • Manage project scope, budgets and timelines
    • Guide multi-disciplinary teams in producing great work in the smartest way possible
    • Facilitate collaboration
    • Build and maintain flexible project schedules including dependencies, risks and mitigation plans
    • Experience managing and escalating project resource needs from inception to resolution
    • Guide continual process improvement and documentation of best practices
    • Advocate for the creative process and manage the internal team’s workflow
    • Balance the needs of clients and internal teams
    • Develop day-to-day client and internal relationships that enable strong partnerships

    Who you are:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of modern digital deliverables, capabilities and processes
    • A portfolio of industry-leading digital projects
    • 5-7 years of experience in digital or multi-channel programs
    • Strong Web Technologies knowledge
    • Experience working in an Agency environment
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communications to your audience
    • A strong ability to mobilize teams to meet common goals
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
    • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
    • PMP and/or CSM a plus
    • Four-year degree
