  • Overview

    Rauxa is seeking a Paid Search Manager for our growing Media team!  This position will be a key player on a team charged with building and refining our paid search and offerings, strategies, and forward thinking at Rauxa.  The role can be based in either our Orange County or Los Angeles office.

    What you'll do:

    • Responsible for day to day campaign management, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals 
    • Daily use of activation, reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Google Search, Bing Search, Yahoo Search, and Google UAC
    • Manage day to day communication with client when needed, for all things paid search focused, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans   
    • Establish strong working relationships with search vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities 
    • Develop strategic approach across client businesses 
    • Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off finding 

    Who you are:

    • You have strong writing and presentation skills 
    • You have proven PPC/CPC optimization techniques and bid management experience
    • You have a general understanding of Display Media, SEO, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, and Attribution 
    • You have mastered understanding of key paid search metrics and what they mean: CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR etc. 
    • You are experienced with Paid Search Platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, DS3 
    • You are able to work autonomously and demonstrate self-started qualities and to research paid search issues and formulate tangible solutions 
    • You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills 
    • You have strong communication skills and an ability to interact directly with clients

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3-5 years of paid search media planning and buying experience in an agency environment
