    Rauxa is seeking a Junior Campaign Operation Specialist who speaks all things data and print files for digital printing. You’re a data brainiac. You are adept at the full life-cycle of email automation sequences and campaign implementation from idea to testing, execution, and optimization. You are experienced with database and data driven marketing strategies from the campaign automation perspective.

    What you'll do:

    • Create and manage automations (triggers) and drip campaigns to increase engagement rates and lifetime values.
    • A/B test and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics.
    • Write simple programming code in Visual Basic or similar language.
    • Ensure cross-browser and ESP compatibility and accuracy.
    • Be responsible for all tasks related to production of data and print files for digital printing, includingmanipulating mailing list data, presorting lists, preflightofart files tomake sure they are print ready, and manipulating art files to integrate with the data fields.

    Who you are:

    • You are a self-starter with the abilityto quickly learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • You have four years of college education (mathematics or economics focus preferred).
    • You have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • You are able to manipulate data using data tools such as MS SQL or MS ACCESS.
    • You have3-4 years experiencein a marketing agency/direct marketing environment
    • You have hands-on experience with automated email platforms such asKlayvio, Marketo, Hubspot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
    • You have 1 - 2 years ofexperience in email marketing, high volume and large database.
