  • Overview

    Rauxa is seeking an Ad Ops Manager for our growing Media team!  The position requires a digital media agency background and can be based in either our Orange County or Los Angeles office.  Responsibilities generally include monitoring delivery across all live campaigns for assigned client accounts, trafficking placements and issuing tags to vendor partners, QA scheduling and resource management, and setting up process and data management needs with internal Media and Data Analytics teams.

    What you'll do:

    • Be an active participant in up-front media campaign discussions regarding Ops needs (3rd party vendors, campaign goals & set up, etc.)
    • Monitor delivery across various live campaigns on daily basis
    • Traffic placements and issue tags as necessary to vendor partners
    • Effectively communicate with various creative partners
    • Schedule all QA, ensure QA is being conducted in a timely manner and manage QA resources
    • Act as first line of issue escalation; manage the resolution of issues as they arise (pre and post live) such as, discrepancy between reporting systems and creative malfunctions
    • Set up process and data management needs with Media and Analytics teams 

    Who you are:


    • You are proficient with (not limited to) DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM), Sizmek, Innovid, Flashtalking
    • You have experience with 3rd party rich media vendors, creative types, and reporting
    • You are technically adept within the digital ad space and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise
    • You have precise attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills 
    • You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills 
    • You have an ability to collaborate well with teams and proactively manage multiple tasks
    • You have proficiency with Excel, especially with pivot tables


    Required Experience:

    • BA/BS degree preferred
    • Minimum 3+ years working in digital agency in a buy-side ad operations role
    • Managing 4th party tracking set-up (Unicast, Eyeblaster, Eyewonder, Pointroll, etc.)
    • Ensuring proper tagging of video elements
    • Developing post-click tracking solutions for acquisition measurement using current agency 3rd party adserver
    • Ensuring proper set-up of click-through URLs, alt text tags
    • QA’ing ad reference tags with publishers
    • Managing flash, jpeg/gif and click-command tags for site-served campaigns
    • Responsible for helping reviewing 3rd party adserver invoicing for monthly client payments
    • Managing Associate level traffickers on the account
