    Rauxa is looking for an Associate Account Director from marketing or digital agency who has a head and heart for email marketing and is hustle all the time in delivering data-driven solutions to clients.

     

    The Associate Account Director is a cross-functional team leader who is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships and leading the agency’s efforts to become a valuable resource to the client’s organization while driving client satisfaction at every touchpoint. In this role, you will be the day-to-day account lead on assigned projects for a top tier client with a focus on campaign planning, testing, execution and results analysis.  The ideal candidate will have extensive agency account management  experience, a strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices and proven experience in strategic planning and results analyses for data-driven, 1:1 marketing campaigns.

     

     

    What you'll do:

    • Lead a cross-functional team while being responsible for strategic and project ownership in collaboration with the VP, Account Services on assigned client account
    • Manage a team responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of project types (email campaign development, data analysis, and strategy, etc.)
    • Maintains direct, day-to-day, client contact, working in a proactive manner to provide the client with thought leadership and strategic guidance, determining the best solutions to fulfill the needs
    • Effectively presents, sells, and defends all agency work/proposals to clients
    • Ensures that projects are delivered to clients on time and on budget and of a high standard of excellence
    • Grows current client accounts by developing strategic recommendations that meet the client’s business objectives and long-term goals
    • Supervises Account Service team members, providing ongoing direction to ensure that all jobs are managed effectively and efficiently
    • Has a strong attention to detail and demonstrates project management best-practices
    • Builds lasting client and agency relationships

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
    • At least six (6) total years of marketing or digital agency experience in an Account Management function, with at least 2 years of recent experience in a supervisory role
    • Demonstrated email marketing experience which includes campaign planning, creative development, testing, execution and analysis.
