Rauxa is seeking an Account Manager to join the Rauxa team in the San Francisco office. This is an opportunity to join the largest, independent, woman-owned advertising agency in the country at a time of incredible growth and potential, while having high visibility to agency leadership within a small office environment.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing cross-channel engagements on assigned client accounts, leading the agency team to successful completion of all project work, and overseeing internal resources with direct responsibility for delivering work on-time, on-budget and on-strategy. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing the planning, production and delivery of multi-channel campaigns (online, offline) in an Account Service role at an advertising agency. This person is an entrepreneurial problem-solver with stellar project management skills who can produce high quality work in a fast-moving environment while juggling multiple complex projects. The individual should also have a solid understanding of effective marketing strategy and builds great personal and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
