    Rauxa is looking for an Account Manager who is equal head, heart and hustle for our Orange County, CA office!


    The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing assigned client engagements and leading the Rauxa agency team to successful completion of all project work. The AM will oversee internal resources & agency leads assigned to a client engagement, with direct responsibility for delivering work on-time, on-budget and on-strategy.


    The ideal candidate will have outstanding project management skills, a solid understanding of effective marketing strategy, and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships. Experience managing email/e-CRM campaigns in an advertising, digital or marketing agency is required. Experience with loyalty programs is a plus.

    What you'll do:


    • Acts as the day-to-day client contact, focused on execution and project management
    • Manages the delivery of a wide variety of project types (email/e-CRM campaign development, strategy, etc.)
    • Provides daily and weekly updates to all members of the assigned project team(s)
    • Represents Rauxa in all client & partner-agency communications on a weekly or daily basis and the voice of the client in all internal discussions
    • Works with department leads to ensure all commitments are properly articulated to the assigned resources
    • Develops detailed schedules, budgets and job launch briefs for all projects
    • Writes and distributes meeting notes to team members and clients
    • Tracks and monitors all hours associated with each assigned project
    • Accurately identifies and assesses scope changes and their impact on the schedule and budget
    • Develops and maintains expertise in all areas of an assigned client’s business
    • Manages and leads all external and internal project meetings
    • Maintains accurate project documentation on project management systems
    • Keeps detailed records of internal and external project communications
    • Conducts detailed proofing of all deliverables before releasing to the client
    • Ensures the final deliverables meet the quality and expectations of the agency and the client
    • Prepares final billing by gathering final project costs from agency departments, producing the final billing quote and reviewing the final invoice
    • Ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable

    • Solid understanding of marketing best-practices, with specific experience within email marketing and CRM
    • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details and accuracy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to manage several very complex projects with minimal supervision
    • Ability to represent the agency to various levels of the client organization
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes
    • Demonstrated creative problem solving and analytical skills



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
    • Three to five years of project management experience within an advertising, digital or marketing agency
    • Experience with email marketing and CRM campaigns is required; experience with other channels such as direct mail, digital and print is also desired
    • Experience with loyalty campaigns is a plus.
