  • Overview

    The Sr. Manager, Campaign Operations & Execution is responsible for the effective execution and delivery of our B:B and B:C clients’ acquisition and retention marketing campaigns across email and direct mail, as well as other channels.  The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of marketing automation platforms & technology, data management and processing, and creating and managing highly efficient and timely operational processes and procedures. 

    What you'll do:

    • Manage a Campaign Operations and Execution team consisting of campaign managers, data managers, and production resources
    • Translate Analytics and Business Strategy into campaign specifications
    • Develop and manage production processes and workflows
    • Set up and deploy campaigns 
    • Data processing and matching
    • Oversee data vendor management
    • Manage and oversee platform and technology partnership 
    • Maintain subject matter expertise in marketing automation and data management

    Who you are:

    • You will have marketing automation and enterprise marketing management platforms and technology (Adobe Campaign/Neolane, Exact Target, Aprimo, Unica, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, etc.)
    • You have expertise in multichannel data management (1st party consumer data, 2nd party cookie data (web analytics and media)  and 3rd party sourced data)
    • You have experience with encrypted (MD5) 3rd party data processing
    • You have experience with email and direct mail acquisition data management
    • You have basic SQL skills
    • You have the ability to effectively manage and mentor team
    • You have project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external partners, and multiple campaigns and projects at once
    • You have srong communication and interpersonal skills
    • You have a proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals with tight deadlines

    • Cross/Omni channel campaign management experience
    • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
    • Experience in both B:B and B:C Campaign implementation and execution
