  • Overview

    You will work with the HR and Talent Acquisition team through full cycle recruitment of select openings across our east coast and west coast offices. She/He is responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews,  updating and presenting candidates to the hiring manager, etc.  

    The right candidate has experience recruiting for marketing/advertising industry related roles at a marketing, digital or advertising agency, is a strong multi-tasker and clear communicator, and can hit the ground running in a fast-moving, flexible, and deadline-driven work environment.  

    What you'll do:

    • Work well in a flexible, fast-moving, deadline-driven, and dynamic work environment
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff and employees, across multiple offices, and the general public

    Who you are:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training
    • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience with marketing, digital and/or advertising agency roles
    • Experience recruiting for a variety of marketing or advertising agency roles within Account Service, Creative, Studio, Print Production, Data Analytics and Strategic Planning is required; Technology recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Solid knowledge of all applicable state and federal labor regulations
