    Rauxa is seeking a savvy, experienced marketer who is equal parts head, heart and hustle for an Account Director position in our Seattle office! The Account Director will have a head for all strategic customer marketing, a heart for driving innovative solutions to client business problems, and the hustle necessary to get the job done in a fast-moving agency environment. This is an opportunity to join the largest independent, woman-owned advertising agency at a time of incredible potential and be a visible player in a small, growing office. The right candidate will have an advanced understanding of one-to-one relationship marketing and proven experience with omni-channel loyalty program development, email marketing, and ESP tools, particularly Oracle Responsys. Travel category experience is a plus.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead the Account Service team to deliver world-class work to Rauxa’s clients on time, on budget, and with superior quality 
    • Act as an advocate for client needs within Rauxa to other departments to provide superior client service
    • Walk the halls, take names and nurture the business
    • Proactively use your marketing expertise to solve your client’s business problems and deliver shining ROI
    • Grow current and prospective client accounts by developing strategic recommendations that meet client business objectives and long-term goals
    • Inspire, lead, and grow a best-in-class account team who are besties of client and colleagues alike
    • Build stellar relationships with key clients, meeting periodically to solicit feedback on team performance
    • Maintain a superior level of knowledge in all aspects of one-on-one relationship marketing 
    • Maintain a superior knowledge of using data driven insights and analytics to inform campaign optimization
    • Directly manage escalated client issues, partnering with the Account Leadership team to define appropriate responses
    • Direct the Account team’s creation of detailed and accurate statements of work and project plans
    • Guide the Account team to manage project delivery and profitability and drive topline revenue growth 


    Who you are:

    • A Seasoned marketing or digital agency professional with 7 - 10 years of experience in Account Service
    • Entrepreneurial, flexible and able to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic work environments
    • A strategic marketer and thought leader with extensive knowledge of one to one marketing and a track record of driving results for clients
    • Excel in building, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships
    • Proven leader with demonstrated ability to sell in strategic solutions and recommendations to clients, including opportunities for optimizing programs based on performance
    • Demonstrated experience with email marketing and ESP tools, particularly Oracle Responsys
    • Demonstrated experience developing, testing, launching and optimizing omni-channel loyalty programs
    • Knowledgeable about data analytics and email marketing campaign metrics including how to analyze and interpret results
    • An excellent communicator with strong meeting facilitation and stand-up presentation skills
    • Skilled in writing a killer data-rich presentation that tells a clear, persuasive story
    • Outstanding project management, process management, and interpersonal skills
    • A creative problem solver with exceptional analytical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Experienced manager with prior direct reports
    • Prior travel category experience is a plus.
    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or have equivalent work experience.
