    Rauxa is seeking a savvy, experienced marketer who is equal parts head, heart and hustle for an Account Director position in our NYC office! The Account Director will have a head for all strategic customer marketing, a heart for driving innovative solutions to client business problems, and the hustle necessary to get the job done in a fast-moving agency environment. This is a highly strategic position requiring an advanced understanding of one-on-one communications and proven experience guiding and leading the strategy, testing, and optimization of marketing programs for clients.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead the Account Service team to deliver world-class work to Rauxa’s clients on time, on budget, and with superior quality 
    • Act as an advocate for client needs within Rauxa to other departments to provide superior client service
    • Build relationships with key clients, meeting periodically to solicit feedback on team performance
    • Proactively provide the client with thought leadership and strategic guidance, determining the best solutions to fulfill the needs of the client
    • Maintain a superior level of knowledge in all aspects of one-on-one relationship marketing
    • Maintain a superior knowledge of using data driven insights and analytics to inform campaign optimization
    • Directly manage escalated client issues, partnering with the Account Leadership team to define appropriate responses
    • Manage and professionally develop Account teams across all Rauxa office locations, providing training to improve the agency’s internal workflows, project delivery, and client management
    • Direct the Account team’s creation of detailed and accurate statements of work and project plans
    • Guide the Account team to manage project profitability and drive topline revenue growth 

    Who you are:

    • A Seasoned advertising or marketing agency professional with 7 - 10 years of experience in Account Service
    • A strategic direct marketer and thought leader with extensive knowledge of one to one marketing 
    • Proven leader with demonstrated ability to sell in strategic solutions and recommendations to clients, including opportunities for optimizing programs based on performance
    • Have a strong understanding of data analytics and direct marketing campaign metrics including how to analyze and interpret results
    • An excellent communicator with strong meeting facilitation and stand-up presentation skills
    • Skilled in writing a killer data-rich presentation that tells a clear, persuasive story
    • Outstanding project management, process management, and interpersonal skills
    • A creative problem solver with exceptional analytical skills
    • Flexible and able to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic work environments
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Have prior experience managing direct reports
    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or have equivalent work experience.
