    Rauxa is looking for a VP, Account Services for our New York office.


    Rauxa is looking for a VP, Account Services who is all hustle all the time when it comes to growing client business, but who brings an A-game of head and heart to delivering results as well. In this role you will lead and grow relationships between Rauxa and one or more clients and acquire new business for the agency. Your responsibilities will include: guiding and leading the development of client priorities and business objectives, using marketing expertise to solve client business problems, collaborating with department leads to meet client deliverables and drive excellence in the agency's strategic and creative output, inspiring, leading and developing Account team members, and increasing agency revenue by aggressively growing client accounts and maintaining a profitable account portfolio.

    What you'll do:

    Account Management

    • Establish and meet annual and monthly sales goals
    • Maintain direct, day-to-day, senior level client contact and supervise one or more key accounts
    • Analyze client input, together with background knowledge to direct the internal Rauxa team and allocate the appropriate resources to client jobs
    • Review and approve all job launch briefs prior to project kick-offs
    • Keep appraised of all relevant client products/services/marketing developments
    • Review and approve all final creative materials, such as proofs, staging sites/pages, or test emails prior to final client delivery
    • Effectively present, sell, and defend all agency work/proposals to clients
    • Actively seek additional projects/new business from client contacts and prospects
    • Partner with the Account Service, Data, Strategy, Creative, Operations, Technology and Production teams, as appropriate, to ensure that projects are delivered to clients on time and on budget and of a high standard of excellence

    Strategic Leadership

    • Act as a strategic leader within the organization to generate ideas for making the agency stronger and more efficient and lead major strategic initiatives for assigned accounts
    • Work in a proactive manner to provide the client with thought leadership and strategic guidance, determining the best solutions to fulfill the needs of the client
    • Maintain a superior level of knowledge in all aspects of relationship marketing, including expertise in digital and print engagement vehicles.
    • Maintain a superior knowledge of data analytics and clearly articulate the value it brings to our clients

     Account Team Leadership

    • Partner with the Chief Client Officer to determine support staff needs for assigned accounts
    • Manage, train, inspire, motivate, and mentor Account Service team members
    • Meet weekly with Account team members to review sales reports, budgets, and goals to ensure account profitability and progress towards goals

    • You have demonstrated digital marketing, data analytics, creative development and production experience
    • You have led data-driven multi-channel campaign initiatives (such as, digital, social media, email, print, direct mail, TV) from strategy through creative development, production, launch and post-campaign measurement
    • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • You have worked a minimum of 12 years in an advertising, direct marketing or digital agency.
