Rauxa is looking for a VP, Account Services who is all hustle all the time when it comes to growing client business, but who brings an A-game of head and heart to delivering results as well. In this role you will lead and grow relationships between Rauxa and one or more clients and acquire new business for the agency. Your responsibilities will include: guiding and leading the development of client priorities and business objectives, using marketing expertise to solve client business problems, collaborating with department leads to meet client deliverables and drive excellence in the agency's strategic and creative output, inspiring, leading and developing Account team members, and increasing agency revenue by aggressively growing client accounts and maintaining a profitable account portfolio.
