Rauxa is seeking a Copywriter who writes interesting, thoughtful copy that encourages action.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute innovative concepts and copy for cross-channel initiatives including digital, social, direct mail and traditional marketing communications
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers in the development of strategic concepts and executions from creative brief through project completion
  • Deliver fresh ideas while working with existing brand guidelines
  • Develop digital campaigns with a sound understanding of usability fundamentals and information design
  • Work closely with Strategy to incorporate consumer insights into concepts and executions
  • Partner with Account Services throughout the creative process to ensure copy is delivered on time and is in line with the client’s expectations

Who you are:

  • You have a relentless drive to make the work better
  • You are comfortable working with and presenting to clients across various industries and levels
  • You have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines and direction as well as handle multiple projects across a variety of clients
  • You take direction well, feedback is your friend - it helps transform your ideas into innovative work
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant agency experience and an undergraduate degree in Journalism, Literature, or Communication is preferred
