    Rauxa is seeking a Senior Data Strategist to provide insight driven marketing strategy and campaign execution. Were looking for someone super thoughtful and full of ideas!

    What you'll do:

    • Develop short and long-term data marketing strategies for the client, such as campaign data strategies and test designs and marketing data infrastructure development.
    • Analyze omni-channel performance and make recommendations to optimize performance.
    • Build monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional agency team to ensure distribution of key leanings and seamless execution of strategies.
    • Source new vendors/present POVs.
    • Train junior team members.
    • Wow the clients with new recommendations for growth and improvement, ex: testing, targeting, analysis.

    Who you are:

    • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in data driven marketing.
    • Able to perform in a highly analytical role delivering actionable marketing campaign insights.
    • Highly analytical, focused on informing performance optimization based on gathering and examining data from multiple sources.
    • Excel guru when it comes to creating charts, pivot tables, and presentations on multi-channel campaign performance.
    • Adaptability and agility to evolving business requirements and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced understanding of data marketing principles for direct mail, email, digital and social marketing.
    • Highly creative with first-rate conceptual, visual and writing skills to translate data into easy-to-understand formats.
    • Strong deadline orientation and ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Build great decks!
    • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Able to articulate complex ideas in an engaging, simple, comprehensible manner.
    • Blend of technical and marketing experience in a Marketing Department or Agency environment.
    • Experience with campaign management and reporting tools required.
