    The Experience Designer is responsible for user experience design, planning, and creation, across multiple phases of a digital project lifecycle. Leveraging a keen ability to understand user behaviors as they engage with a brand through a complex journeys and decision processes, the Experience Designer helps define and shape customer experiences across every digital touch point.

    What you'll do:

    • Develop highly immersive and engaging digital experiences from concept to implementation
    • Create and drive all aspects of user experience design for assets ranging from campaign pages and microsites to the optimization of web experiences within large enterprise websites
    • Define opportunities to continually enhance web experiences with a heavy concentration on e-commerce
    • Collaborate closely with content strategists and information architects to fuse user experience, structure and content consumption
    • Proactively work with agency and client web marketing teams to identify opportunities for experience enhancements and execute on designs
    • Identify and apply best practices for user experience across web and mobile touch points

    Who you are:

    • A seasoned and innovative user-centered designer with experience in B2C and B2B commerce and/or consumer-facing web sites
    • Curious about information consumption with a passion for making a user’s experience delightful and efficient
    • All about the details, down to pixel-perfect implementation
    • A team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team support quickly
    • Someone with stellar presentation skills; you know how to clearly communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning to broad audiences including fellow design professionals, business and technical stakeholders and senior executives
    • Highly collaborative; should conflicting priorities arise, you know how to proactively seek guidance before a crisis develops


    • At least 3-5 years’ experience in developing and implementing user experiences in a digital agency, and/or professional services environment
    • A portfolio demonstrating depth and breadth of projects experience across media, in particular responsive websites, mobile websites, mobile applications and web-delivered applications
    • Expert working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
