The Account Supervisor (AS) is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships. This responsibility includes maintaining stable client relationships and achieving growth on existing accounts, as well as managing the supporting Account team. The AS is expected to be the cross-functional team leader, with ultimate budget, quality, and timeline accountability. The AS is ultimately responsible for driving client satisfaction at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have outstanding project management skills, the ability to persuade and inspire others, and a proven track record of successful account leadership
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
managing the relationship between the agency and one or more clients, managing and supervising account growth, and partnering with the client to develop marketing programs. These duties may be modified from time to time at the Company’s discretion.
