What you'll do:

  • Pro-actively engage with cross capability and new business teams teams to ensure understanding of the analytics offering, spot new opportunities, and ensure insights are put into action.
  • Align strategy with client goals and objectives, coordinate with cross functional leadership to allocate and implement innovative data infrastructure and measurement solutions.
  • Develop the analytics framework for all aspects of omnichannel marketing, incorporating a variety of measurement strategies. 
  • Define the scope and approach of client projects and direct ongoing client relationships to provide continuous and measureable business growth.
  • Represent Rauxa’s POV on analytics by participating in industry events and write articles for trade press.
  • Inspire, train and guide members of the team.

Who you are:

  • You are a proven leader with strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • You are deeply familiar with the digital landscape and have expertise aligning marketing strategies with business needs; you know integrated marketing and CRM disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple industries including telecommunication, retail, CPG and financial.
  • Four years of college education (mathematics or economics focus preferred).
  • 10-14 years of meaningful work experience in marketing consulting advertising or interactive.
