  • Overview

    The Analyst of Advanced Analytics will be responsible for reporting and analysis across all B2B and consumer segments within the assigned client. The Analyst has a solid analytics background, with experience that includes experience with manipulation of email, site and paid media data. Experience with web analytics packages like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or WebTrends required.

    What you'll do:

    • Assess complex, strategic analytical projects to evaluate growth, revenue and profitability initiatives and opportunities in line with the client’s top business objectives.
    • Benchmarking performance across all online channels and produce meaningful marketing dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
    • Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution to produce findings and insights which will inform cross channel communication and contact strategies
    • Experience with designing and executing email best practices including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
    • Providing recommendations on campaign measurement tagging and additional on-site tracking infrastructure based on campaign or activation requirements
    • Design and deliver high-quality, professional business reporting at appropriate levels across the organization.
      • More specifically in reporting, incumbent will be performing high-level activities (e.g. Report requirements collection/analysis, reporting “system” design, writing SQL, extracting structured data sets, building reports.) related to all phases of the report developments life cycle including automation utilizing Tableau software.
      • Perform ad hoc analysis and data investigation/ discovery to identify and/or explain business and marketing trends or anomalies.
      • Ensure 100% accuracy in all data outputs. 

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred
    • Statistical or math experience (preferred)
    • 3+ years’ experience in data driven marketing in both B2B or Consumer segments with exposure to the wireless/telecommunications industry helpful
    • Digital analytics, such as experience with web analytics packages like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or WebTrends
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, & PowerPoint
    • Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (such as Oracle/Responsys, CheetahMail, ExactTarget, Silverpop, Lyris etc.).
    • Extensive knowledge of data manipulation & analysis across a variety of database platforms
