Overview

Rauxa is seeking an Account Manager with equal parts Head, Heart and Hustle. Someone who can win the hearts of clients, one coffee cup and thoughtful brief at a time.

 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Account Manager at Rauxa.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for your clients
  • You know your clients – their products, their services and their consumers
  • Develop smart briefs to help translate your clients’ challenges into thoughtful solutions with measureable results
  • Act as an ambassador for your client’s brand both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver best in class work
  • You keep it all together – from briefs, to SOWs, to project schedules and deliverables

Who you are:

  • You have a strong bias for action and a passion for advertising/marketing
  • You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • You are a time-management master with impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
  • You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, attention to detail and can do attitude
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant agency experience and an undergraduate degree is preferred
