Overview

Rauxa is seeking an Account Supervisor, a dynamic ringleader who manages the day-to-day client relationship and is a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. Our SF office is looking for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and gives off major entrepreneur vibes.

 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Account Supervisor at Rauxa.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of contact with your clients
  • Drive multi-channel program and campaign development, working with cross functional teams across the agency
  • Develop strategic and creative briefs, and present materials internally and to the client
  • Defend and protect good ideas
  • Be the SME of your client’s business – you know their business better than they do
  • Support the Managing Director on existing client work and the pursuit of new business for the SF office

Qualifications

  • You have a relentless drive to make the work better
  • You have a hunger for what is next. You’re constantly finding new solutions to old problems
  • You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, attention to detail and can do attitude
  • You dig in, thoughtful and inquisitive questions are your MO
  • You have at least 7 years of relevant agency experience and an undergraduate degree is preferred
